At Level Up Sleep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:
Sleep earplugs
Mouth sleep tape
Nasal breathing kits
Sleep guards
Eye masks (if used)
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us and we will assist you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the product
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
